General / introduction
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, FADP), every person is entitled to protection of their privacy and to protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection rules and this privacy notice.

Together with our hosting providers, we seek to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification.

We point out that data transmission on the internet (for example by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

By using this website you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. This website can in principle be visited without registration. Data such as pages called up or names of files called up, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without these data being directly related to you. Where personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) are collected on our pages, this is, as far as possible, always on a voluntary basis. These data are not passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Processing of personal data
Personal data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable person. A data subject is a person about whom personal data are processed. Processing covers any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the storage, disclosure, obtaining, erasure, retention, alteration, destruction and use of personal data.

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. If and to the extent the EU GDPR applies, we also process personal data on the following legal bases in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) GDPR:
lit. a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
lit. b) Processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject and for corresponding pre-contractual steps.
lit. c) Processing of personal data for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject under applicable EU law or the law of a country in which the GDPR applies in whole or in part.
lit. d) Processing of personal data to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person.
lit. f) Processing of personal data to pursue the legitimate interests of us or of third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms, rights and interests of the data subject prevail. Legitimate interests include in particular our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.

We process personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. Where longer retention duties arise from statutory and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict processing accordingly.

Cookies
This website uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific information relating to the user on the user's device while the user uses the website. Cookies make it possible in particular to determine how often and by how many users the pages are used, to analyse patterns of use, and also to make our offer easier to use. Cookies remain stored beyond the end of a browser session and can be retrieved on a later visit. If you do not want this, you should set your browser to refuse cookies.

A general objection to the use of cookies for online marketing can be declared for many services, in particular tracking, via the US site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. Storage of cookies can also be achieved by switching them off in the browser settings. Please note that in that case not all functions of this online offer can be used.

With SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send to us as the site operator, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Without SSL/TLS encryption
Please note that data transmitted over an open network such as the internet or an email service without SSL encryption can be viewed by anyone. You can recognise an unencrypted connection by “http://” in the browser address bar and by the absence of a lock symbol. Information transmitted over the internet and content received online may pass through third-party networks. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of communications or materials transmitted over such open networks or third-party networks. If you disclose personal data over an open network or third-party networks, you should be aware that your data may be lost or viewed by third parties and may then be collected and used without your consent. In many cases the individual data packets are transmitted in encrypted form, but not the names of sender and recipient. Even if sender and recipient are in the same country, transfer over such networks often also runs uncontrolled through third countries, including countries that do not offer the same level of data protection as your country of domicile. We accept no responsibility for the security of your data during transmission over the internet and decline any liability for direct or indirect damage. Please use other means of communication if you consider this necessary or sensible for security reasons.

Despite extensive technical and organisational safeguards, data may be lost or intercepted and/or manipulated by unauthorised persons. As far as possible, we take suitable technical and organisational security measures to prevent this within our system. Your computer, however, is outside the security area we control. It is your responsibility as a user to inform yourself about the necessary safeguards and to take appropriate measures. As the website operator we are in no way liable for damage you suffer through loss or manipulation of data.

Data you enter in online forms may be passed on to authorised third parties for the purpose of handling the order and may be viewed and, where applicable, processed by them.

Server log files
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. These are:
Browser type and browser version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
Hostname of the accessing computer
Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. They are not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check these data afterwards if concrete indications of unlawful use become known to us.

Third-party services
This website may use Google Maps to embed maps, Google Invisible reCAPTCHA to protect against bots and spam, and YouTube to embed videos.

These services of the American company Google LLC use cookies, among other things, whereby data are transmitted to Google in the USA. We assume that, in this context, mere use of our website does not involve personal tracking.

Google has undertaken to ensure an appropriate level of data protection in accordance with the US-European and the US-Swiss Privacy Shield.

Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.

Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, are stored by us for the purpose of handling the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

Newsletter
If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address from you and information that allows us to check that you are the owner of the email address given and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data are collected. We use these data exclusively to send the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.
After you have consented to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter, you can withdraw that consent at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe link” in the newsletter.

Comment function
For the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, the time the comment was created, your email address and, if you do not post anonymously, the user name you chose are stored.

Storage of the IP address
Our comment function stores the IP addresses of users who submit comments. Because we do not review comments on our site before they are published, we need these data in order to be able to take action against the author in the event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda.

Subscribing to comments
As a user of the site you can subscribe to comments after registration. You receive a confirmation email so that we can check whether you are the owner of the email address given. You can cancel this function at any time via a link in the information emails.

Rights of the data subject
Right to confirmation
Every data subject has the right to obtain from the website operator confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed. If you wish to exercise this right, you can contact the data protection officer at any time.

Right of access
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to obtain from the operator of this website, at any time and free of charge, information about the data stored about them and a copy of that information. In addition, information may be provided on the following:
Purposes of the processing
Categories of personal data processed
Recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed
where possible, the planned storage period for the personal data or, if that is not possible, the criteria for determining that period
the existence of a right to rectification or erasure of the personal data concerning them, or to restriction of processing by the controller, or a right to object to such processing
the existence of a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
where the personal data are not collected from the data subject: all available information about the origin of the data.
The data subject also has the right to be informed whether personal data have been transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. If that is the case, the data subject also has the right to information about the appropriate safeguards in connection with the transfer.
If you wish to exercise this right of access, you can contact our data protection officer at any time.

Right to rectification
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to obtain the prompt rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them. The data subject also has the right, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.
If you wish to exercise this right, you can contact our data protection officer at any time.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to obtain from the controller of this website the prompt erasure of personal data concerning them, where one of the following grounds applies and processing is no longer necessary:
The personal data were collected or otherwise processed for purposes for which they are no longer necessary.
The data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing was based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
The data subject objects to the processing on grounds relating to their particular situation, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing in the case of direct marketing and related profiling.
The personal data have been processed unlawfully.
Erasure of the personal data is required to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which the controller is subject.
The personal data were collected in relation to information-society services offered directly to a child.
If one of the above grounds applies and you wish to arrange the erasure of personal data stored by the operator of this website, you can contact our data protection officer at any time. The data protection officer of this website will arrange for the erasure request to be complied with promptly.

Right to restriction of processing
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to obtain from the controller of this website restriction of processing where one of the following conditions is met:
The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
The processing is unlawful, the data subject opposes erasure of the personal data and requests restriction of their use instead.
The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject needs them for the establishment of legal claims. The data subject has objected to processing on grounds relating to their particular situation, and it is not yet clear whether the legitimate interests of the controller override those of the data subject.
If one of the above conditions is met, you can contact our data protection officer at any time to request restriction of the processing of personal data by the operator of this website. The data protection officer of this website will arrange the restriction of processing.

Right to data portability
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to receive the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. The data subject also has the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where this is technically feasible and where this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
To exercise the right to data portability, you can contact the data protection officer named by the operator of this website at any time.
Right to object
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them.
In the event of an objection, the operator of this website will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
To exercise your right to object, you can contact the data protection officer of this website directly.
Right to withdraw consent
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw consent, you can contact our data protection officer at any time.

Objection to email marketing
The use of contact data published under the legal-notice obligation for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested is hereby objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, for example spam emails.

Paid services
To provide paid services we request further data, such as payment data, so that we can carry out your order. We store these data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.

Copyright
The copyright and all other rights in the content, images, photographs or other files on the website belong exclusively to the operator of this website or to the rights holders named. Written consent of the copyright holders must be obtained in advance for the reproduction of any files.
Anyone who infringes copyright without the consent of the respective copyright holder may commit a criminal offence and may be subject to claims for damages.

Disclaimer
All information on our website has been carefully checked. We endeavour to ensure that the information we provide is current, correct and complete. Errors cannot be entirely excluded, so we cannot warrant the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the information, including editorial content. Liability claims relating to material or non-material damage caused by the use or non-use of the information presented, or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded as a matter of principle.
The publisher may change or delete texts at its own discretion and without prior notice and is not obliged to update the content of this website. Use of this website and access to it are at the visitor's own risk. The publisher, its customers or partners are not responsible for damage, such as direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage allegedly caused by visiting this website, and accordingly accept no liability for such damage.
The publisher also accepts no responsibility or liability for the content and availability of third-party websites that can be reached via external links from this website. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content. The publisher therefore expressly distances itself from all third-party content that may be relevant under criminal or liability law or contrary to accepted principles of morality.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and to let you use the map function conveniently. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. This happens whether or not Google provides a user account through which you are logged in. If you are logged in to Google, your data are assigned directly to your account. If you do not want the assignment to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation takes place in particular (also for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise that right you must contact Google. Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by Google, and on your related rights and settings for protecting your privacy, can be found at: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Google Ads
This website uses Google conversion tracking. If you reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Ads sets a cookie on your computer. The conversion-tracking cookie is set when a user clicks an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that the user clicked the advertisement and was directed to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies therefore cannot be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. The information obtained with the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked their advertisement and were directed to a page with a conversion-tracking tag. They do not receive information that can be used to identify users personally.
If you do not wish to take part in tracking, you can refuse the cookie required for it – for example through a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies, or by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com”.
Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies for as long as you do not want measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all cookies in your browser, you must set the relevant opt-out cookie again.

Google Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. The function is used to present interest-based advertising to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A “cookie” is stored in the visitor's browser that makes it possible to recognise the visitor when they visit websites belonging to the Google advertising network. On those websites the visitor can be shown advertising relating to content the visitor previously called up on websites that use Google's remarketing function.
According to its own statements, Google does not collect personal data in this process. If you do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can disable it in principle by making the relevant settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.

Google reCAPTCHA
This website uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, “Google”). The query serves to distinguish whether input is made by a human or by automated processing. The query includes transmission of the IP address and, where applicable, further data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose your input is transmitted to Google and used there. Your IP address is, however, shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of reCAPTCHA is not combined with other data of Google. Your data may also be transferred to the USA. For transfers to the USA there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the “Privacy Shield”. Google participates in the “Privacy Shield” and has submitted to its requirements. By activating the query you consent to the processing of your data. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Further information on Google reCAPTCHA and the related privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the controller for data processing on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, data processing by Google Analytics is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are referred to below as “Google”.
The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more relevant for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, carried out via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can disable the cross-device analysis of your use in the settings there under “My data”, “Personal data”.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not combined with other data of Google. We point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code “_anonymizeIp();” in order to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses. This means that IP addresses are processed in shortened form so that they cannot be linked to a specific person. If data collected about you can be assigned to a person, this is excluded immediately and the personal data are deleted without delay.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide further services associated with website use and internet use to the website operator. For the exceptional cases in which personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; we point out, however, that in that case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, and the processing of these data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: Disable Google Analytics.
You can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by clicking this link: Disable Google Analytics. This stores an opt-out cookie on your device that prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your device, these opt-out cookies are also deleted, so you must set the opt-out cookies again if you wish to continue to prevent this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set per browser and computer/device and must therefore be activated separately for each browser, computer or other device.

Google WebFonts
This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of typefaces. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer is used.
Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution with which we manage so-called website tags via an interface and can thus integrate, for example, Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offer. The Tag Manager itself, which implements the tags, does not process users' personal data. With regard to the processing of users' personal data we refer to the following information on the Google services. Use policy: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

Data transfers to the USA
Tools of companies based in the USA are integrated on our website, among others. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to the US servers of the respective companies. We point out that the USA is not a safe third country within the meaning of EU data protection law. US companies are obliged to hand personal data over to security authorities without you, as the data subject, being able to take legal action against this. It therefore cannot be excluded that US authorities (for example intelligence services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence over these processing operations.

Changes
We may change this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. The version current and published on our website applies. Where the privacy notice is part of an agreement with you, we will inform you of an update by email or in another suitable way.

Disclaimer
The author accepts no warranty for the accuracy, precision, timeliness, reliability or completeness of the information.
Liability claims against the author for material or non-material damage arising from access to or use or non-use of the published information, from misuse of the connection or from technical faults are excluded.

All offers are subject to change. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate notice, or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.
